The A6a is the automated version of the A6 Flying Prober with 16 High Speed Test Heads and a test area up to 610 x 610 mm. The machine is fully automatic and designed for ease of use by simply stacking the boards to be tested in the feeder and taking them out of pass/fail stackers behind the machine.
The A6a like the A6 has 16 high speed test heads with 8 scanning cameras, high voltage test capabilities and Softouch probes are all standard features. 4-wire Kelvin test and latest methods of testing and a board marking system are all available as options. All our automats can be operated manually.
